Mindfulness Meditation Program

 

Would you like to have more energy, be more productive, and improve your health? Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment in a non-judgemental way. Join us for this five-week program to learn different ways of practicing mindfulness meditation. These are basic sitting and walking meditation practices that you can also continue to practice on your own.

Lesley University’s Graduate School of Arts and Social Sciences and Violence Transformed look to embrace the Artist as Social Social Activist with “The Future of the Past: Art and Activism.” With this exhibit we affirm the power of art, artists and art-making to hold a mirror to us all and to thereby ask us all to take a close look at the world we live in.
